Abilities Without Boundaries hosts its THIRTEENTH ANNUAL HOT COCO 5K, KIDS FUN RUN and 1-MILE WALK! The Hot COCO 5k has become a well-known community event that our organization truly looks forward to every year. Almost 1,000 runners participated in our 2019 race with thousands of people meeting our sponsors, and of course sipping on our delicious Hot COCO!

Back in Person

This year we will be back racing in person at Norton School. We plan to make some space accommodations for any COVID-19 concerns. Dr. Lloyd R. Saberski of Yale University is President of our Board of Directors and Race Director and will ensure we have proper protocols in place.

(Last year we held a virtual event due to COVID-19. A very special and heartfelt thanks to all of you who participated in last year’s event!)

All proceeds from this event directly support Abilities Without Boundaries in its mission to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Abilities Without Boundaries helps people achieve independence, self-sufficiency, community participation and personal satisfaction through employment and day support services.
